Ideal candidates possess over three years of experience in accounts receivable and are driven by accuracy and client service excellence. You'll be integral in processing incoming payments, resolving discrepancies, and providing comprehensive A/R support. Key Responsibilities:
- Process wires, cheques, and credit card payments accurately
- Resolve unallocated and unposted payments efficiently
- Communicate with clients on payment discrepancies
- Respond promptly to A/R inquiries and requests
- Prepare account statements for clients Requirements:
- Education in accounting or finance
- 3+ years of relevant A/R experience
- Proficiency in MS Office; Elite 3E familiarity preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume work
