You will manage helpdesk tickets, maintain Acumatica configurations, and create insightful reports, dashboards, and Generic Inquiries. Your contributions will empower management with clear data insights. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as first contact for Acumatica user requests
- Troubleshoot system issues, tracking until resolution
- Build and maintain Acumatica's knowledge base
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for system use
- Analyze data trends to forecast and support decision-making Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Information Systems or Business Analytics
- 2+ years in ERP support or data analysis roles
- Hands-on experience with Acumatica preferred
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills required
