The marketing broker ensures that One Insurance meets its service and sales goals in conjunction with the Sales Division team.Qualifications / Required SkillsKey Responsibilities:Accountable for the processing and the documentation of all renewals and endorsements for assigned Insurance Advisors through the Broker Management System (BMS)Maintain BMS client files up to date with current information and organized per the One Insurance file management guidelinesResponsible for recent business submissions to insurance markets including fielding questions from markets, gathering and organizing market responses and quotes received.Responsible for monitoring and alerting Insurance Advisors on potential issues or concerns regarding accounts.Working in a team supporting Insurance Advisors when they are away or unavailable.Ideal Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience in the insurance industry with preference for experience in Commercial.Experience using Epic, or other insurance software and various insurance portals is a must.Strong demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Ex: Word, Excel, Outlook)
