We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Administrative Assistant - Human Resources to join our team reporting to the Manager of Human Resources. Maintaining digital and physical folders for all employees (ensuring confidentiality).

Helping format and distribute the latest versions of policies.



Involvement in the Annual Opinion Survey by being involved in focus groups, compiling results and building an action plan. Supporting current projects.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills · Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail · Good typing and data entry skills. A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
