Be the welcoming face of our service department as a Parts and Service Coordinator, working remotely full-time. Deliver exceptional customer experiences while coordinating parts and service. We are seeking an organized and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic dealership team. In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a smooth and skilled interaction from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include scheduling maintenance, managing work orders, and maintaining accurate inventory. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily automotive parts and service requirements
- Schedule vehicles for maintenance and repairs
- Prepare and manage work orders and service documentation
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and stock levels
- Communicate service timelines and update customers Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years as a service advisor or similar
- RV experience preferred
- Dealership experience considered an asset
- Valid G Driver’s License
