Position Overview

Nexatek is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and creative AI Support & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Invermere, BC.

This entry-level role combines AI support, digital marketing, content creation, and office administration. The successful candidate will help explore and implement practical AI tools that enable small businesses to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen their digital presence.

No advanced AI or programming experience is required. Training will be provided, with opportunities to grow into an AI Support Specialist or Digital Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

AI Support & Digital Solutions

- Research, test, and assist with implementing AI tools for everyday business tasks.
- Help identify opportunities to improve business productivity through AI and automation.
- Assist with AI-powered content creation, chatbots, automated responses, and digital workflows.
- Prepare simple guides and resources to help clients understand and use AI tools.
- Research emerging AI technologies relevant to small businesses.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

- Create social media posts, promotional graphics, videos, and marketing materials using AI-assisted tools.
- Help manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Assist with website updates, basic SEO, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistent branding and content quality across digital channels.

Office & Client Support





- Respond to basic client inquiries and assist with digital service requests.
- Support website management, online business listings, and routine technology tasks.
- Assist with office administration, documentation, scheduling, and business records.
- Prepare reports and business materials using appropriate digital tools.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in AI, digital technology, and business innovation.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, or CapCut is an asset.
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Valuable problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

No formal AI or marketing experience is required. Training and mentorship will be provided.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 per week
