windows, cladding, and gaskets, following precise guidelines.Desired Experience & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes with a demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly.Valid certifications such as Forklift Operation, Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Working at Heights, and Gantry/Overhead Crane Operation are considered strong assets.1–2 years of experience in a material handling or industrial environment, particularly operating equipment such as forklifts and gantry/overhead cranes are considered a strong asset.Experience and knowledge of using power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders is required.Previous experience in the manufacturing industry with strong manufacturing acumen.Physically fit and able to safely perform tasks and operate machinery.Safety-conscious with a consistent focus on workplace safety protocols.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and address quality issues.Proficient in cutting, shaping, and assembling steel/metal components, including surface preparation (e.G., grinding, deburring, cleaning metals).Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, including a solid understanding of tolerances and dimensions.Adaptable and quick to adjust to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills.Skill advancement and cross-training in different manufacturing areas.Development and Training Opportunities through the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (UBCJA) union.Potential for progression to specialized roles within the Manufacturing department.UnitiWall is an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
