This role will work closely with cross‐functional teams to analyze operational needs, improve workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and support users across the organization.The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems, strong problem‐solving abilities, and a solid understanding of business operations, data management, and process improvement.ResponsibilitiesAssist with ERP system improvements, upgrades, and ongoing optimizationAnalyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvementsCollaborate with departments including operations, procurement, accounting, sales, and inventory management to improve system workflowsConfigure, test, and support ERP modules and integrationsTroubleshoot ERP‐related issues and provide user support and trainingDevelop and maintain system documentation, procedures,



and reporting toolsAssist with data migration, validation, and system setup activitiesCreate and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business operationsCoordinate with software vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on projects and system enhancementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to business systems and operational processesEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systemsQualificationsPost‐secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldPrevious experience working with ERP systems implementation, administration, and supportStrong understanding of business operations, workflows, and process improvementExperience with ERP platforms.
