The City of New Westminster seeks dedicated candidates possessing considerable experience in animal care, an understanding of veterinary protocols, and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure animal health and shelter operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Feed and care for impounded animals daily
- Clean and disinfect kennels and cages regularly
- Administer medications per veterinary instructions




- Transport animals to veterinary clinics as needed
- Provide orientation to volunteers regarding animal care Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12 with animal care experience
- Knowledge of animal care practices and procedures
