Must Haves ~ Minimum of 10+ years of software development experience ~ Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate ~2+ years of support lead experience, including: ~ Incident triaging ~ Major incident management and communication ~ Incident Management and problem management ~ Change Management and housekeeping ~ Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture, certificate and password management and maintaining webservices ~ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ~5+ years of experience in Java /.NET Stack app support and SQL ~ Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL ~ Experience with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
