- To provide overall direction, administration and coordination of the project. Ensure the successful
- completion of the project in most economical and expedient manner, recognizing and capturing
- potential opportunities, reducing potential liability and achieving intended costs. Assist the Site
- Supervisor in planning and direction of the construction activities.
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients
Requirements
Job Requirements:
• College Diploma in construction or in Engineering.
- 10 to 15 years construction related experience, with minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Min 5 years of project management experience in new construction and remodeling.
- Construction
methods and technology knowledge, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts.
- Understanding
of building codes and scheduling methods
- Capability
to manage multiple projects at the same time while maintaining a constant focus on quality.
- Jobsite safety practices must be understood.
