Regina
- Overseeing the safety of children in your care
- Keep up -to -date records of children’s development, routines, and interests
- Helps children maintain good hygiene and changes the diapers of infants and toddlers
- Developing an effective cleaning plan to ensure all of the interactive areas are sanitary and secure
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with parents and guardians
- Creates schedules to ensure that children have adequate physical activity, rest, food and intellectual stimulation
- Developing and monitoring schedules to ensure that children have enough rest,
physical activity, and playtime
- Transports children to summer activities like swimming lessons, sports practices and movies
- When necessary,
administering first -aid or CPR to children
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years’
solid work experience in a certified early childhood education center or equivalent program
- Valid CPR and First
Aid certifications
- Has the ability to be open -minded about cultural diversity
- Must have a caring and compassionate attitude
- Outstanding communication and people skills
