- Psychiatric evaluation of patients.
- Working together on psychiatric intervention programs.
- Psychotropic and related drugs are administered.
- Adherence to non -medicinal therapy regimens is monitored.
- Getting rid of possibly dangerous and triggering environmental elements.
- Highly restless patients are restrained, consoled, and occasionally medicated.
- Keeping track of patients’ health journeys and reporting on significant changes.
- Providing focused psycho education, especially within families.
Requirements
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with the latter preferred.
- Pertinent state licensures.
- PMHNP -BC certification is preferred.
- BLS certification was obtained.
- Knowledge of cultural perspectives of psychiatric issues.
- Well -honed triaging, diagnostic, and clinical judgment capacities.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Resilience, empathy, and determination.
Advantages Required Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years of practice
Salary: $45.00 - $49.30 per hour
