The Prospect
We're looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial A&R; who loves discovering music, building relationships, and getting artists excited about what we're doing.
At 7Cult, you won't just be finding and signing artists. You'll be joining a team with the tools, insights, and marketing capabilities to help the artists you believe in find and grow their audiences.
You'll have a real voice in the artists we sign and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a growing label.
What You'll Do
- Discover and pursue exciting emerging artists and music.
- Build strong relationships with artists, managers, and industry professionals.
- Communicate what makes 7Cult different and get people excited about partnering with us.
- Pitch opportunities, negotiate, and help close signings.
- Collaborate with our team on artist development and audience growth.
Who We're Looking For
- Great musical taste and a passion for discovering talent.
- A natural connector who builds trust and generates excitement.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated to make things happen.
- Strong understanding of today's music landscape and how artists connect with audiences.
- Persuasive, resourceful, and comfortable pitching and closing opportunities.
- Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and gets results.
- Music industry experience and existing relationships are a plus.
