You will create visual materials that guide the creative teams as we work together on an exciting project.You will collaborate with the Art Director, along with the Concept and Environment Art Leads to create concepts that inform all game areas, with a focus on World Art Support. Other areas and responsibilities include:Creating detailed world art conceptsDeliver a range of informative drawings to support multiple downstream departmentsLeveraging your artistic abilities to improve gameplay and the player experience through your understanding of Game DesignDemonstrate creativity and passionProactively communicate and seek out information from a variety of team members and departmentsWHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:3+ years of related experiencewith a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of composition, form, shape language, lighting, color theory and material propertiesExpert level experience with PhotoshopComfortable working from line work to greyscale to flat colour to polishA working knowledge of 3D software packages,

After that, there is flexibility to work from home, with a requirement of three days per week in our Vancouver studio.The hiring range for this position is $67,000 to $85,000CAD annually and is subject to change.
