Reporting to the General Manager, the Category Lead oversees the Fasteners Department. Working on the sales floor they provide assistance to customers and work with the Category Manager on product lines. The shifts are Monday - Friday and the salary range is $50,000 - $55,000 annually, plus commission structure.Key ResponsibilitiesSpecific Ownership and accountability for the Fastener DepartmentWorking on the sales floor (in aisle) to provide Superior Customer ServiceAssist customers with purchases; provide suggestions andrecommendations on products. Track orders and follow upBuild strong customer relationships through reliable call backs; follow up on Sales Orders and awareness of project timelines to foresee material needsProject quotes, pick orders, enter delivery orders and place special ordersWork with Category Manager on assortment to drive salesBuild strong relationships and communication between the sales team,
