Job Title: Assistant Manager - Assurance & Tax Location: Windsor, Ontario Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Salary Range: $75,000-90,000

We are looking for a CPA-designated professional with 4–5 years of experience in assurance to join our growing Windsor office as an Assistant Manager . This role is ideal for someone with a strong assurance foundation who is now looking to broaden their experience across tax, accounting, financial reporting, and advisory services .

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and clients, taking increasing responsibility for assurance and review engagements while gaining hands-on exposure to tax compliance and planning, accounting, financial reporting, and other advisory assignments. This is an opportunity to develop into a well-rounded public practice professional rather than remaining focused exclusively on assurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute assurance and review engagements from planning through completion

- Review financial statements and working papers

- Prepare and/or review corporate and personal tax returns

- Assist with tax planning and advisory engagements





- Provide accounting and financial reporting support to clients

- Communicate directly with clients and develop strong client relationships

- Review and mentor junior team members

- Assist partners with complex accounting, tax, and advisory matters

- Take an active role in the growth and development of the Windsor office

Qualifications & Experience

- CPA designation required

- 4–5 years of experience in public accounting, with a strong background in assurance

- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting

- Experience in public practice

- Tax experience is an asset, but a willingness and interest in developing tax expertise is important

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines

- Client-focused mindset and willingness to take ownership
