This position involves leading full-cycle recruitment within a agile retail banking environment, supporting busy hiring demands, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience, a passion for talent acquisition, and a resourceful mindset to effectively fill roles in a fast-paced organization.Pay rate range (CAD): $49.01/hr – $49.22/hrResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment process, including intake sessions, requisition opening, interview scheduling, and offer extensionConduct full-cycle interviews, from screening to final discussions with hiring managersDevelop and execute pipeline and sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring needsCoordinate and facilitate hiring events and assist in onboarding and background checksBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as branch managers and HR partnersTrack and report recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing effortsStay updated on industry best practices and employment trends to improve recruitment strategiesSupport various projects aimed at talent acquisition process improvementsMaintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processDesired Skill-Set5-7 years of recruitment experience,
