Reporting to the AVP, Organization Effectiveness, this role takes day‑to‑day direction from a Senior Manager, OE aligned to the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with OE peers, HR Business Partners and GTS leaders to assess, design, and implement organizational structures aligned to business strategyPlay a key role in business transformation / building the future workforce (AI operating model, job and org redesign, future skills)Deliver organization design solutions including operating models, role design, spans/layers analysis, and workforce planningFacilitate workshops and translate complex organizational challenges into clear, actionable recommendationsApply data‑driven insights (workforce analytics, benchmarks,



org health metrics) to inform decisionsSupport implementation of changes and ensure solutions are practical, measurable, and sustainableInfluence and contribute to enterprise OE programs, tools, and continuous improvement of methodologiesEnsure consistency with TD’s governance, job architecture, and organization design standardsWhat You Bring3-5+ years of experience in organization design, management consulting, or related fieldExperience supporting large, complex organizations (financial services or technology environment preferred)Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with experience in influencing within a matrixed environmentStrong structured problem solving – ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levelsAbility to synthesize data and present executive‑ready insights and recommendations leveraging Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, Co‑pilot)Experience with workforce analytics, organization design frameworks, and change managementComfort working in ambiguity with solid problem‑solving capabilityExcellent communication and facilitation skillsHow You Will WorkYou will partner closely with a Senior Manager, OE who leads the GTS portfolio.
