- Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
- Repair and replace damaged vehicle body panels
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repairs
- Assess and repair structural components effectively
- Utilize frame equipment for meticulous repairs Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding
- Own toolbox and valid driver's license required
