MissionOur client, a well-established Quebec-based manufacturing company with a strong international presence, is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support its Transportation & Logistics team on a 3-month temporary contract, with an immediate start.Your RoleReporting to the Director of Transportation & Logistics Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the company's day-to-day transportation and customs activities by coordinating and processing requests from multiple business locations.This position is execution-focused within a highly structured environment where attention to detail, organization, and adherence to established procedures are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess transportation and customs requests through the company's ticket management system; Monitor shipments and follow up on delayed deliveries; Coordinate communications with manufacturing plants, distribution centers, carriers, customs brokers, and external partners; Prepare and managecustoms documentation, including commercial invoices, proforma invoices, Temporary Import Bonds (TIBs),



and related documentation; Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs); Accurately documentall activities within internal systems; Follow establishedprocedures and escalation processes when required; Collaborate closelywith internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth transportation operations.
