Assistant SuperintendentMaple Reindersis currently looking to add anAssistant Superintendentfor the KSM Press pit project in Shelburne, Ontario.As an Assistant Superintendent you will assist the Superintendent in site management for all phases on our construction projects including coordinating site staff, materials and equipment. With that come current experiences and new challenges.At Maple, we look for leaders who can:Assist in coordinating, controlling and directing the work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.Understand contracts and scope of work to ensure the scope of work is clearly communicated to trades.Assist in developing and executing project work plans aimed at keeping projects on track and on budget.Our Assistant Superintendent will assist in overseeing the projects that vary in size and scope and the successful candidate should have previous experience in providing direction to construction teams, trades and hourly employees. Many of our projects are located within Ontario; however, work cansometimes take us to other parts of the province and beyond. We would require the Assistant Superintendent to travel or stay close to the site; flexibility is a must.
