Why owners say yes to the call

Small crew companies (3 to 15 trucks) lose hours every week driving between clients. Most route tools only re-order one day's stops. DR.ROUTE re-plans which day and which crew visits each client, so crews drive less and every promise to a client is still kept.

Your offer to the owner is a free route check: no cost, no contract. That is an easy yes for a busy owner, and an easy call for you.

Honest note: we are new

DR.ROUTE (DR.Z LLC) is a new company. We do not have a long client list yet, and we will not pretend we do. That is why you get a real hourly rate from day one, and why your meeting pay does not depend on whether a client buys.

You never pay us anything. No training fee, no kit, no software fee. Ever.

Your pay

- $25 CAD an hour for 15 hours a week.
- $105 CAD for every qualified meeting that takes place. You get it whether or not the owner buys.
- $280 CAD bonus when a business you booked signs on and pays its first invoice.
- Level 2: after 30 held meetings and 60 days, your meeting pay goes up to $125 CAD.
- Paid every Friday for the week before. No clawbacks on meeting pay.

What "qualified" means, in writing: you reach the owner or the person who plans routes, the company runs 3 or more trucks with recurring visits (weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly), and the route check call with Steven takes place.

What the math looks like (examples, not promises; we have no setter history yet):

- 4 held meetings in a month: about $2,045 CAD (about $31.50 an hour)
- 8 held meetings in a month: about $2,465 CAD (about $37.90 an hour)
- 12 held meetings in a month: about $2,885 CAD (about $44.40 an hour)

The job, in numbers

- 15 hours a week,



Monday to Friday, about 3 hours a day in the owners' business hours (mornings or afternoons).
- Call owners from a list we give you. Dial by hand: no auto-dialers, no texting.
- Use a short, polite script. We teach you the reasons behind every line, not just the words.
- Log every call in our shared call log. Book meetings straight into Steven's calendar.
- You work from home, anywhere in Canada.

How we start: a 2-week paid trial

- You get paid for every trial hour, plus $105 CAD for every qualified meeting that takes place.
- You get a short onboarding with Steven, the script, the list and the tools.
- At the end of week 2, we both decide. If it works, you stay on the same pay, and Level 2 is your next step.
- As we grow and hire more setters, we promote from inside first.

You will do well here if you

- Have made B2B cold calls before (any industry). Experience with home-service, trades or small-business owners is a plus.
- Stay calm and polite when you hear "no", and thank people for their time.
- Follow a script and still sound like a real person.
- Have a quiet place to work, a computer, a headset, stable internet and a phone you can make business calls from.

How to apply (it takes about 5 minutes)

This job is on the phone, so we want to hear how you sound. Instead of a long form, we ask for one 60-second video. A phone camera is fine. Retakes are fine. Nobody else sees it.

- Record a 60-second video on your phone. Say who you are and what cold calling you have done. Then show us how you would open a call to the owner of a lawn company with 6 trucks and offer a free route check.
- Upload the video to your Google Drive.
- Tap Share, set "General access" to "Anyone with the link", and copy the link.
