From weddings to corporate galas, you'll ensure every event space reflects the client's vision and meets Carmen's Group's high standards of excellence. You'll lead and support your team, oversee setup operations, and contribute to a smooth, organized, and memorable guest experience.Overseeing and participating in the setup of event spaces to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and client specificationsDecorating head tables, presentation tables, and event spaces with attention to detail and creativityOrganizing and maintaining setup and décor storage closets, ensuring all items are clean, pristine, and in excellent conditionPerforming teardown of tables, chairs, and décor following events, maintaining efficiency and safetyMonitoring staff and workspace for health, safety, and performance standards; reporting issues to management as neededAssisting with training and development of team members to build a service-oriented,
