This team plays a key role in new business development, from customer demos and Proof of Concepts (Po Cs) to full-scale implementations for world-leading financial institutions. This position will see you develop a detailed understanding of Trading Hub’s model-based approach to market abuse surveillance and apply your knowledge of capital markets to drive new revenue generation.Responsibilities:Understand customer needs through both direct contact and analysis of their trade dataDevelop customer pitches, run Po Cs and onboard new customersPerform technical tasks such as system configuration, running data batches and troubleshooting implementation issuesWriting custom metrics/reports using our scripting languageCollaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, such as our sales and engineering teamsRequirementsIndustry experience in financial markets from a trading,
