Position Type: Permanent Maintain an inventory of supplies used in the administration of the Basin Complete monthly inventory and ordering in tandem with the leadership team Provide administrative assistance to the Wellness Operations Manager through daily scheduling and payroll Ensure the proper procedures in the operations of the facility for Health and Safety purposes Processes and oversees special requests of customers Work in collaboration with the Basin Leadership team on projects, events, special requests. Responsible for the efficient training of reception staff in terms of work-related tasks and participate in training and development of current and future employees Follow all Fairmont Hotels and Resorts policies.



Maintain effective communication with the Pool Operator and Wellness Operations Manager to ensure preventative maintenance process in the facility Ensuring that all public areas of the facility are clean and reflect a luxury experience for our guests Previous leadership experience an asset Previous spa, housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset Are dedicated to a high level of customer service and attention to detail Must be able to lift, carry and pull over 30+ lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift.

Have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
