OneUp Components in Squamish, Canada, is hiring a Rider Support specialist to help customers with warranty, product knowledge and logistics. This full time in-office role operates a Monday–Friday schedule with every second Friday off, 8 hours per day plus a 30-minute lunch, and 10 vacation days to start.

You will use Google Workspace and HubSpot or similar CRM, bring bike know-how, and a friendly, solution-focused mindset.
