Elevate customer success as a DTO Bilingual Trainer – Accounting with PBS Systems in Calgary. Focus on delivering expert training in both English and French for our Dealer Management Software. In this full-time role, you'll harness your automotive accounting experience to effectively guide new customers through software implementations.

Training sessions will be predominantly virtual, but also onsite as needed, emphasizing exceptional customer service and collaboration. Your commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing will contribute significantly to our customers’ success. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop expertise in PBS software and training processes
- Independently manage and deliver virtual training sessions




- Act as a resource during software installations
- Ensure timely handling of all assigned tickets
- Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- 1-2 years of automotive accounting experience
- Robust computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel within North America
