Job OverviewPrima Enterprises Ltd. is currently seeking employees for a 72 hour bi‑weekly position as well as casual on‑call for our Cluster Living Program in West Kelowna. First Aid certification, a BC class 5 Driver's Licence, and submitting to a Criminal Record Search are required. CPI/MANDT/Behavior Support Training is an asset.ExperienceHas worked directly with participants in a person‑centered, client‑led goal setting and trauma‑informed practices.Worked alongside participants in creating and maintaining a healthy living space.Previous behaviour management training.Ability to communicate effectively through appropriate documentation and verbally.Ability to maintain consistent and professional boundaries.Related experience in working with vulnerable populations and behavioural challenges.Knowledge and ability to work with complex trauma.Excellent understanding of behaviour management principles, strategies including mental health needs.To work in conjunction with the person served to ensure their home is clean and well maintained, including daily food prep and meals,
