Realstar, a leading name in residential property management, seeks a two-person Assistant Resident Manager team for their Eastern Ontario property. The role involves collecting rent, showing suites to prospects, cleaning common areas, and performing minor repairs. You'll be working four weekdays a week while being on-call during evenings and one weekend every two weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect rents on time from residents
• Show and sell apartments to interested tenants
• Clean and maintain common areas including hallways




• Perform minor repairs and prepare apartments for new residents
• Provide outstanding customer service to all residents
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a similar property management role
• Experience in cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to respond to on-call requests
