The Senior Collision Estimator will handle the full estimating process from start to finish. This includes writing accurate estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring repairs are performed according to OEM and industry standards — all while delivering a top-notch customer experience. Perform detailed inspections and complete accurate damage assessments.

Write comprehensive and precise estimates using CCCOne estimating software along with Mitchell estimating. Review estimates with customers, explaining repair needs and answering questions clearly. Follow up with customers throughout the repair process to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.

Perform final inspections to verify quality, accuracy, and completion of all repairs. Support the front office with customer service needs as required.

Strong working knowledge of CCCOne (required) along with Mitchell Estimator Solid understanding of collision repair processes, OEM procedures, and industry standards. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple jobs simultaneously. Full-time position with competitive pay (DOE).
