The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of Harbour Door Services, with full accountability for revenue growth, financial performance, customer relationships, and market development. This role leads the commercial side of the business, including sales, marketing, pricing, estimating, and financial oversight, while ensuring alignment with operational execution through close collaboration with and oversight of the Operations Manager.

• Financial Performance Provide overall leadership and direction for the branch Own and drive financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, and profitability Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and growth strategies Lead all sales activities across residential new construction, renovation & replacement (R&R;), and commercial/service markets Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability across the team Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customers, and markets Maintain direct involvement in key accounts, major bids, and strategic relationships Pricing, Estimating &
