You'll also take part in practitioner development meetings that look honestly at compliance and performance, and use that feedback to shape the training and mentorship that will help you grow.Compensation is designed to grow with you too: you'll start at a competitive hourly rate, with the opportunity to move to a fee-for-service split as your caseload builds. Clinical mentoring is available for new graduates and for clinicians looking to add certifications, and you'll get regular support building your caseload rather than being left to figure it out alone.
