Your impact spans across the breadth of Hello Tech, proactively identifying common needs and pain points across teams and defining solutions to continuously improve the way we work.ResponsibilitiesLeverage Cursor AI to automate and expand analytical capabilities and insight generation for the product organization.Collaborate from a technical perspective with data product managers and data engineers to create reusable data products.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives while utilizing project‑management skills to plan and execute data‑driven projects.Partner widely across the senior product organization (Product, Software Engineering, UX leads) to set strategic priorities and promote a culture rooted in evidence‑based decision making.Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organization highlighting the so‑whats of your analyses to drive business growth.Explore and analyze customer behavior and product performance data to detect growth opportunities for the Hello Fresh digital product by improving user experience.Guide and mentor other Product Analysts within the team, defining best practices and providing support to help individuals and the team grow in effectiveness.Review as a technical expert the implementations of multiple teams across domains, continuously improving the deliverables of your teams.QualificationsExtensive experience in quantitative analysis roles,
