Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, including tea blends, fruit smoothies, and specialty beverages, following established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station, dining area, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or allergens, and provide exceptional customer service




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times

Experience

- Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or food handling roles demonstrates readiness for this position
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and managing transactions efficiently
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in food safety and cleanliness
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices is beneficial

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
