You will execute tasks generated via the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), and assist with various trades as needed. Strong initiative and safety standards are vital in this position. Key Responsibilities:

- Complete preventive maintenance inspections using CMMS
- Perform minor repairs like drywall and painting
