The Business Analyst supports Treasury system implementations, enhancements, ERP onboarding, process automation, testing, and production support. The role gathers and documents requirements, analyzes processes and data, supports testing and issue resolution, and works with business and technology teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

- Provide Business Systems Analysis function by working closely with Global Treasury Cash Operations and technology teams to support process re-engineering, automation, data transformation, system enhancements, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support. Define and refine business requirements and technical specifications to deliver effective technology-enabled solutions that meet business needs.
- Closely work with the technology teams to explain and clarify the technical specifications and rationale to help create solutions that would meet business needs.
- Proactively identify, plan and execute automation opportunities leveraging Gen AI, Agentic AI and other low code tools (Power platform, Alteryx etc.)
- Act as SME and Consultant to Treasury Operations and BU teams to identify opportunities to address business issues and alignment with Treasury strategies
- Communicate effectively to all levels of the management to report project status and critical issues requiring their attention
- Create and maintain thorough and accurate project documentation (including functional and technical design specifications) according to the project management methodologies
- Lead testing by preparing required test plans/matrices and executing functional and system integration testing of the application
- Project manage small to medium initiatives (as required) according to the established project management methodologies
- Support ad-hoc analysis to identify root cause of production problems and develop timely solutions
- Steady state maintenance and enhancement of existing production tools / processes
- Interact professionally with clients and business areas to provide a high quality of service.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience supporting business systems analysis function involving process re-engineering, transformation, and automation
- Hands-on experience working with technology teams for developing system solutions
- Exposure to and/or working knowledge of Gen AI and Agentic AI based solutions
- Experience with citizen developer tools like Power Apps, Power BI, or Alteryx




- Sound exposure to working with EDL and creating reporting dashboards
- Capability to independently learn new systems / technology
- Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Able to translate issues and problems into effective business solutions
- Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Aptitude to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and manage ambiguity
- Robust organizational skills (ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with competing priorities)
- Comfortable analyzing and organizing large volumes of data

Salary range is expected to be between

$62,850.00 CAD - $104,750.00 CAD
