Must Haves
- 2+ years as a Business Application Analyst within a financial industry or large enterprise environment
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- 1+ year supporting Workday Recruiting
- 2+ years working in Agile environments using Jira
- Familiarity with Workday Acquire/Talent and associated AI models
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting documentation refinement with Business Systems Analysts
- Paradox knowledge or experience
- HiredScore knowledge or experience
- Workday HCM or Workday Security exposure
Responsibilities
- Configure Workday Recruiting and Acquire/Talent modules based on finalized requirements
- Participate in informational and design sessions with Product Owners
- Demo Workday product features and configurations to stakeholders
- Analyze tenant configuration and automated business processes
- Break down work into stories and tasks in Jira
- Track progress and manage capacity in an Agile environment
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to refine documentation and align requirements
