As a key member, you will assist the Retail Insights team with generating insights into the Field sales activity. expectations and respond to account questions from retail teamManage specific requests around business analysis, planning, new item introductions, events.Qualification:Advanced knowledge of analytical concepts, acumen, and methodologiesAdvanced MS Excel skillsProficient in Power Query is a strong asset for automating manual reporting tasksNavigating and managing structured datasets, including understanding the logic behind data transformations and maintenance workflowsExperience with Business Intelligence software such as Power BI1-2 years’ experience working within CPG/FMCG industry and category managementStrong critical thinking and decision-making skillsExperience in consumer products industry preferredDemonstrate expertise in written and verbal communicationsDemonstrate expertise in presentation building and deliveryAble to quickly adjust according to changes in projects or business environmentWell-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environmentAbility to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlinesSelf-Management of Project Deliverables demonstrated ability to translate raw data into 'so-what' insights with minimal supervisionDemonstrates ability to learn new, complex technologies by utilizing all available training opportunitiesAre you interested in this position?
