Become a pivotal Training Coordinator with Construct at the Construct Training Centre in Aurora. This hybrid role blends in-person and remote training, designed to support participants facing employment barriers.As the Training Coordinator, you will report to the Manager, Training and Employment. Your role involves facilitating engaging training sessions for cohorts of 10-30 participants, tracking their attendance and performance.



You'll also provide valuable coaching and mentorship and assist participants in overcoming barriers to achieve success through detailed check-ins and support.Key Responsibilities:- Build collaborative relationships with participants and staff- Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions- Support off-site training and community workshops- Address participant barriers with mentorship and coaching- Maintain accurate documentation of participant progressRequirements:- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent education- 1-2 years in social services with vulnerable populations- Solid communication and problem-solving skills- Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle- Ability to maintain a flexible work scheduleMake an impact in the lives of those learning and growing in the construction trades.#J-18808-Ljbffr
