As a key member of our Estimating Team,



you will use your knowledge of the Fire & Life Safety industry to prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations for deficiencies, repairs, and project work resulting from Annual Inspections, Service Calls, Repair visits, and regular Maintenance visits. As a Senior Estimator, you will independently manage complex estimating requirements, collaborate with internal teams, Field Technicians, suppliers, and vendors, and provide guidance and support to junior members of the Estimating Team. Objectives & Responsibilities of the Estimator: Review inspection reports, work scopes, drawings, and supporting documentation to determine estimating requirements. Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations for deficiencies, repairs, service work, and projects. Create professional quotation and proposal cover letters. Independently manage complex or high-value estimates and ensure quotations accurately reflect the required scope of work. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and product information as required.
