Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational design Coach leaders through team dynamics, performance management, employee relations, and engagement opportunities Ensure the consistent and fair application of People & Culture policies, programs, and practices Provide guidance on employment legislation and organizational policies, balancing compliance, risk mitigation, and business needs Support talent and career development through coaching conversations, performance discussions, and learning opportunities Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, anticipate challenges,



and provide actionable insights that inform decision-making 3-5 years of relevant experience in People and Culture (HR) or a similar field ~ Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree is considered an asset ~ Proficiency in HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite ~ Skilled at building relationships and trust with leaders and employees at all levels ~ A CHRP certification is considered an asset ~ A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively ~ Bilingualism French and English is considered an asset A coaching culture that fosters ongoing growth and development opportunities A people-first culture, (but dogs are also welcome) Doctor-led, professionally managed, and patient-focused, the organization concentrates on delivering outstanding eye care with patient-centric products and services.
