In this business-focused leadership role, you will help shape and accelerate our Digital, Consulting, and Enterprise Risk Services practices by driving strategic priorities, fostering collaboration across service lines, and enabling the business to operate as one integrated team. Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead a portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives, translating priorities into measurable outcomes. Acting as both a program and project leader, you will identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and advance initiatives across people, process, performance, and growth. This is an in office position. Lead the planning, execution, and governance of a portfolio of business initiatives aligned to the Business Advisory Services strategic plan Act as both Program Manager and Project Manager, ensuring initiatives are well-structured, resourced, and progressing on track Provide transparency and visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership Partner with Digital, Consulting, and ERS leadership to define key business priorities , challenges, and growth opportunities Performance Management &
