LanguagesEnglish & Mandarin (nice to have) Key ResponsibilitiesCore Payroll Operation & Management: Responsible for semi‑monthly payroll calculation, distribution, and tax filing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Perks Framework Setup: Assist HRM in building and continuously optimizing the employee benefits framework from scratch, based on the company’s development stage and headcount. HR Assistant Support: Support the HR Manager with other HR daily tasks, including but not limited to: Assisting with recent employee orientation and training.



Supporting recruitment activities. Other HR‑related support as needed. QualificationsBachelor degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Work Experience: 35 years of hands‑on payroll experience, particularly with companies of around a few hundred employees. Candidates with a background in large enterprises/manufacturers are preferred. Adaptability: Able to work in a startup or growth‑stage environment, handle multiple tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Good to Have: Experience with expatriate payroll or cross‑border payroll processing is a plus. Chinese proficiency preferred.
