CBI Home Health in Calgary is seeking a Care Access Representative to coordinate scheduling for Personal Support Workers, Health Care Aides and Nurses in a busy contact center. You will manage chats, calls, intake and scheduling requests, ensuring continuity of care for clients and providers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or scheduling, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and is available to work full time on-site.
