As part of AutoScout24, the largest online car marketplace in Europe, we are shaping the future of automotive retail in Canada and beyond.Job OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Software Engineering Manager to run two teams building our marketplace platform in Toronto.ResponsibilitiesBuild and grow high‑performing teams and establish delivery predictability.Embed product thinking into engineering decisions and lead the teams for our International Marketplace.Lead people responsibilities for two teams (~10 engineers total): hiring, coaching, growth opportunities, 1:1s, and performance reviews.Unblock cross‑team dependencies,
