Nokia is seeking an experienced Principal Optical Engineer to own calibration, sustaining, and optical integration for high-speed coherent linecards. You will lead bring-up, manufacturing enablement, and performance sustainment across development, NPI, and production, partnering with DSP, hardware, firmware, test, and manufacturing teams.You will mentor optical engineers, analyze complex data, and define scalable bring-up flows for lab to factory deployment, while staying current with industry#J-18808-Ljbffr
