As Manager, Financial Reporting & Special Projects you will lead and coordinates strategic projects within the finance organization. You will report to the Director Finance and Assistant Corporate Controller and will partner with different corporate functions and business units to deliver strategic financial reporting, technical accounting, process improvement and transformation initiatives. Description Lead and coordinate finance-wide initiatives by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, governance, timelines and resource requirements, monitor execution, dependencies, risks and issue resolution through completion Lead process improvement, standardization and automation initiatives across finance activities; identify gaps and inefficiencies, design practical solutions and oversee sustainable implementation Support the financial reporting team during the financial reporting processes Minimum Qualifications Professional accounting designation (CPA)Minimum of 8 years of similar experience or at a large accounting firm Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAPProven ability to lead projects including planning, governance, risk management,
