you will provide quality person-centered support to youth and adults using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)-based interventions in the group home under the supervision of a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical and Operational Manager. You will receive a comprehensive orientation including Advanced CPI Training and ongoing supervision. Supporting clients with community involvement and independence to optimize the individual’s quality of life Assisting and teaching daily living activities, and life skills to promote the self-esteem and well-being Supporting clients with varied level of personal care (e.g. hand-over-hand, full support, etc.) Assisting with household activities and chores A Certificate from a related field such as Diploma in Behavior Science, Developmental Service Worker (DSW), Child and Youth Worker, Degree or Diploma from a Human Services related program.

Consideration of Personal Support Worker certificate with relevant experience.
