A career at InnVest will provide you with unrivaled opportunities and invaluable exposure to Canada’s largest independently-owned and operated hotel portfolio. ï Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, email or fax in a courteous, efficient and professional manner. ï Process all direct and third party reservations in a timely and efficient manner ï Monitor web sites to ensure content, including images and descriptions are correct and up to date.
ï Ensure all Guest Services Agents are up-to-date on all local information, hotel services and the current packages, promotions and procedures. ï Continuous review/auditing of the hotel systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure accuracy of reservations data.
These quality checks include but not limited to: ï Analyze social media data metrics and adjust strategies. ï Maintain all hotel social media platforms, ensuring content is accurate. Proactively promote events all hotel services. ï Assist with coordinating and implementing special sales promotions and packages ï Assist with group bookings as required by entering rooming lists, managing blocks and preparing group files. ï Assist the Sales Manager & Director of Sales as required to complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management Education/ Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. Two years’ experience in sales and supervisory experience desirable.
